Our team of counselors is our greatest asset. They are the face of Timeout Adventure and allow us to continue growing year after year, maintaining personalized service that aligns with our organizational identity.

If you enjoy nature and adventure sports, teamwork, and providing fantastic experiences for others, you’re in the right place. Every year we look for new part-time employees through our counselor training program, which is a mandatory requirement to work with us. In addition to training new counselors for the adventure park, this training also grants access to apply to be a counselor for our Summer Camp.
