Team Dinamics
In a context conducive to strengthening bonds between team members, the teams will be challenged to carry out various group dynamics activities, where the key elements will be trust in colleagues, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Each activity will have a score that will result in a final ranking.
Team Medieval
A challenge will be presented to the teams, in which they will have to unravel a mystery shrouded in riddles, clues, and puzzles, and overcome many challenges. In this challenge inspired by the clashes between Celts and Romans, the winners will be those with the most refined strategy.
Team Boat
Each team will build its own vessel (out of cardboard) which must be tested on a body of water by one of the team members. In a scenario that seems impossible to achieve, if the teams believe in their work, they will be surprised by the final result.
Team Survivor
In a survival context, the true drive of human beings is revealed, and only the best teams manage to survive. In this dynamic, we recreate survival scenarios (in a controlled manner) where teams will have to overcome survival tasks such as transporting a wounded person, making a fire, building a shelter, among others. This will be an excellent way to create bonds between team members, develop leadership, and build resilience.
Team Tresure
With the goal of developing communication and the ability of different teams to combine efforts towards a common objective, this activity will require the parts to form a strong and cohesive whole, so that in the end everything comes together to achieve the desired goal.
Team Challenge
A competitive circuit will be created with different events that the teams will have to overcome. Within a context of mutual help and team spirit, leadership will be a fundamental element and competition between teams will be constant. The team with the highest score wins.
